The incredibly camp sounding ITV music show "Here Come The Boys" was on in the background tonight, as I was chatting to my brother and he was updating my blog software. Not only was this programme a festival of testosterone pop, but it was also raising awareness about testicular cancer; Will Young bellowing at the end of his segment bellowing out proudly, "Remember to check your balls guys!"

Last night Andy decided to consume vast quantities of Scotch before passing out on the sofa in the small hours. It's good to see, even before being reminder of the importance of a quick medical nad grope by the likes of Boyzone and Will Young, he was so conscientious he was even checking himself in his sleep!
